Going the extra mile is a key value of our company and something we bring into every aspect of our work.
This extends to our drivers who are always ready to assist with moving, unpacking, positioning and assisting engineers when setting up equipment in its final delivery location.
A recent email from Rob Turner, a group leader with Hamamatsu, thanked our driver Callum for the extra help he had given at a conference centre in Manchester.
Hamamatsu are suppliers of high performance devices to a wide range of fields including medical, manufacturing, analysis, measurement, and academic research and have been customers of ours since 2015.
On this occasion the company were displaying S360 Nanozoomer systems as part of an exhibition in Manchester and Callum went ahead with unpacking some of the systems ahead of the customer’s arrival. This was much appreciated as well as his help to repack the systems when the exhibition had finished.

Positive feedback from customers about their appreciation of our service is always welcome and nice to receive. We have had other recent comments about the helpfulness of our drivers which just shows that going that extra mile matters.
