We are still working with at least one company who became a client when Furnells first started operating in 1967.
It is important to keep in constant touch with clients to ensure that the service provided is always meeting the client requirements.
In order to meet the standards needed to retain our ISO 9001 accreditation, quality questionnaires are submitted to clients on a random basis. This allows us to identify where we need to adjust our service provision to meet client requirements. One example of this was to introduce a pallet delivery service when this was requested by a number of existing customers.
