This Megalift has a 35tonne lifting capacity and is capable of lifting and transporting a 20ft, 30ft, 40ft and 45ft ISO / shipping container or two x 20ft ISO / shipping containers at any given time, with loading and unloading taking place from the off-side (driver side) of the trailer only.

Loading and unloading can be completed in a matter of minutes via the remote control box and operator, with the ability to reduce the length in order to access tight areas on site, or increase the length of the bed, depending on the size and number of ISO containers to be transported.

Whilst the Side Loader has a 35tonne lifting capacity, due to the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of our Articulated Units rated at 44,000kg GVW, pulling this particular trailer, the actual maximum lifting capacity is dictated by the total tare weight of both the Articulated Unit and Side Loader trailer combination, which is 20,000kg in total and therefore the maximum lifting capacity including any ISO containers will be 24,000kg.
