Being Exhibition Ready

It has been the ‘Exhibition’ season for us recently with deliveries and collections of exhibition equipment across the country to various sites including Harrogate, Olympia in West London, the NEC in Birmingham and many visits to the Excel Centre in East London.

Travelling to Exhibitions Across the Country

In past years this would have led to long waits for the drivers as they queued for a space to be able to park up and access sites.

Thankfully many exhibitions are now using Voyage Control, an easy to use online booking system, that allows transport companies to select and prebook times that suit our customers.

No long waits are necessary as our drivers can turn up in their allocated time slot, drop off and help to position equipment, before returning at a known time at the end of the exhibition to pack and collect things up.

The only thing needed at our end is the booking code given to customers for their exhibition reservation, provided by the organisers when the stand space is booked. Otherwise, we are able to select the drop off and collection times that suit our customers.

We’ve been using this system for a while now and have been pleased to support customers exhibiting in the dental, hospitality and print industries, among others.
